This Agreement ensures our collaboration operates in "Duo" capacity on a clear, professional foundation. By proceeding, both parties commit to the terms outlined below.
I Clause One

Scope of Services

The Consultant agrees to provide the services specifically outlined in the chosen Phase(s) below. Any additional meetings, services, or support outside of these definitions are not included unless agreed upon in writing.

The Narrative

Focused on unearthing the “Red Thread” of the career story and internal identity alignment.

Phase II
Style System
The Signal

Focused on building a Wardrobe Architecture and visual signal strategy.

Phase III
Presence Architecture
The Embodiment

Focused on behavioral presence, anchor rituals, and embodiment techniques.

II Clause Two

Nature of the Relationship

  • Personal Opinion: All advice, insights, and reflections shared by the Consultant are personal opinions based on professional experience. The Consultant is not a licensed therapist, financial advisor, or legal counsel.
  • Interpretation: The Consultant is not responsible for how the Client interprets or applies the advice provided. The Client remains the sole architect of their own life and career.
  • Life Decisions: The Consultant assumes no responsibility or liability for the Client’s life decisions, career moves, or actions taken during or after the partnership. The Client is 100% responsible for their own results and choices.
III Clause Three

Intellectual Property & Inspiration

  • Consultant’s IP: All proprietary materials, including “The 10 Reflections” and “Duo Architecture” frameworks, are the property of the Consultant and may not be redistributed.
  • Inspiration Sources: In the course of providing style and presence advice, the Consultant may use “inspiration” from public sources (e.g., Pinterest, public archives, and web media). These are used as visual metaphors and mood boards for personal advice only. The Consultant does not claim ownership of third-party inspiration images, nor is the Consultant responsible for any third-party content linked or referenced for inspiration.

IV Clause Four

Attendance & Scheduling

  • The partnership is limited to the number of sessions defined in the purchased package.
  • Cancellation Policy: A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule a “Duo” session. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in the forfeiture of that session.
V Clause Five

Limitation of Liability

Important Legal Notice

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Consultant’s total liability for any claim arising out of this agreement shall be limited to the total amount paid by the Client for the specific phase in question.

VI Clause Six

Acceptance of Terms

By settling the deposit and moving into “Duo” mode, the Client acknowledges they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in their entirety. This agreement constitutes the full understanding between both parties and supersedes any prior verbal or informal arrangements.
