Why I Built the Blueprint
My passion for this work comes from a place of deep observation. Throughout my career, I have seen both sides of the coin.
I have seen the Non-Sync: the exhaustion of brilliant people performing a role that doesn’t fit, leading to missed opportunities and dimmed confidence.
But I have also seen the Sync: the moment when a leader’s internal superpower finally matches their external signal and they shift from pushing to attracting.
